Kiersten and Santa

I thought that Kiersten was going to do great this year with Santa due to the fact that everytime we see anyone in a costume she is so focused on them, well, she was very focused on Santa Clause this year as we stood in line, but as soon as we got to the area that it was just her, Santa and Ms. Clause, she started to scream. Finally after calming her down, I sat next to Mrs. Clause, we slowly scooted her from my lap to hers and they deleted me from the picture. You can see a little bit of my hand if you look close, but they did a good job!

Considering your vote!

Ok, I know many family members are not going to like this entry, but I feel that tomorrow is going to be one of the most important days in the history of the United States. In the United States today, Children readily knows what it means to be homosexual, they are taught that you respect every religion but the one that cherishes Jesus Christ. Chrildren are not safe to freely ride their bikes down the street or go to Boy Scout meetings in fear of having a homosexual male hit on them. I sadly and humbly say that America is not the same america that we once knew. Wheter you are Republican or Democrat, this years election comes down to what you feel is morally right for this country and what you don’t. The War is going to continue no matter who is elected, which is why half of the people I talk to is going to vote for Kerry. Kerry is not going to be able to change anything that has been done in the past. Plus he is trying to pin so many Military people are against Bush. Well, Let me tell you last night during Trick or Treating with Kiersten, we spoke to many Families that are in the Military (over 80% in our neighborhood) and they ALL support Bush and support the war!! When casting your vote, if the issue is War. Think about this…All issues aside, if we had another 911, which canidate would you want to stand up for us and defend us???

But anyways, Like I said, this election is about much more than the war. It is about the moral of this country and what type of country we want to bring our children up in. Here are some very good (moral) issues that you should know who supports and does not support before entering the polls tomorrow.

O=opposses S= Supports N/R= No Response

GWB___________________________________________________JFK
S____________Banning Partial Birth Abortion_______________O
S____________Federal Marriage Protection Admentment ______O
S____________Educational Choice for Parents (Vouchers)____O
S____________Federal Funding for Faith-Based______________O
Charitable Organizations
O____________Public Financing of Abortions________________S
O____________Federal Firearms Registration & Liscensing___N/R
of Gun Owners
S____________Prescription Drug benefits for Medicare______S
______________Recipients
S____________Allow Younger Workers to invest a Portion____O
of their social security tax in a private account.

I hope that everyone that reads this Blog, whether they are for Bush or not, carefully considers what further can happen to America if some of these moral issues are allowed. Carefully consider whether the America that you want your children or your grandchrildren growing up in is one that it is or could become. Like I said this election is so important for the future America that Kiersten will be growing up in, I haope that everyone has taken time to educate themselves and carefully consider each issue and consider which canidate would consult with the Lord before making a decision.

Happy 20 month Kiersten!
